Day Dreams

Ms. Whitwell thinks I'm reading but no I'm in Samoa with the sun shining on us and we're swimming in the dark blue sea. As we're coming out of the sea we're swimming with the dolphins and the small turtles too. I've been nipped by the tiny crabs wriggling up to the surface. After all that fun we relax.
"Jaida, reading not talking to your self."
Ms. Whitwell thinks I'm reading but no she's wrong because I'm in Lollie land with my house made of chocolate and my roof mad of gummy bears. I've been eating all the jelly and I've been chased  by giant gummy bears and I've been trapped in the winches jail.

Ms. Whitwell thinks I'm reading but no I'm at home relaxing on the couch watching TV  with popcorn in one hand and fizzy in the other. I've ended up in side the TV and it is amazing.  The movie I was watching was the 'Croods'  then behind me was a bear owl, he chased me but I was too fast for him. After being chased I got lost in the jungle it was not good then .....
"Jaida detention  now!"
Bummer.

The Messy Old Pen

The annoyed old pen sits in a pencil case.  She is fed up with people, they just squeeze her body tightly and she's crying out her messy blue ink.

New Years Day In Russia.

In Russia on New Year's day they have big festivals which have lots of lights and fun activities. They also have Russian fruit salad and chocolate home made jelly. After seeing all their friends and family they go in their house and watch on TV what their country  has done in the past year.
At midnight they light fireworks in the sky and then they would have a big feast.

Pet Day.

On Friday all the students went to pet day and most people brought a pet. At pet day there were calves, lambs, sheep, cat and rats and there were many more. When I arrived at school I first looked at the cage pet and my favorite cage pets were the cats and the rabbits. When school started every one went in the class rooms to look at the posters, the vegetable creations and the sand saucer but I didn't  get a first, second or third prize. At around lunch time we did activities which were fun. One of the activities  you had to blow a dog whistle and I came first in my group. At the end of the day my family helped clean up and then we went home.     

Mud Muster

On Saturday my family went to the Mud Muster. My mum, my sister, my aunty and Mathew took part in it.  Some of the obstacles were  they had to climb over a wall, go under and over tyres in the mud, go through freezing cold water with ells and slimy frogs in it, climb up hills and go down a slide and go through  a dam. When my mum was going  past the finish line, Gemma, Caitlin,Izzy and I  joined in so we went past the finish line together.  When the team got cleaned up  Caitlin, Gemma  and I went for a walk in a paddock, there were lots of prickles soI got pricked heaps. After we got back we got something to eat and then it was prize giving. Kimberly got a prize and Mathew got a prize. After the Mud Muster was over we got on a bus and went home and that day was a very fun day.    

My Flying Report

Last week Room 2 picked a famous flyer and find information about them. The famous flyer I picked was the Wright brothers. I learnt that the Wright brothers are known for flying the first airplane. The Wright brothers came from Indiana, Ohio. The Wright brothers built the first powered aircraft and they built different flying machines. It sad because the Wright brothers are dead because Orville died of a heart attack at the age of 76 in 1943 ,Wilbur died  1912 at the age of 41 but I don't now how he died.       

My Holiday

On Monday we, which means Seth, Gemma, Izzy, Ronan and me went to Taupo. When we got there Juanita and my mum were in the garden trying to look for the key and Juanita found it. After they found it they told us to go look around the back so they could pegs the bedrooms. We finished looking around the back and went in side and the house was fancy. We were sleeping up stairs which was cool. Inside our bedroom there were bunk beds. Ronan, Izzy and Seth were in one big room. Then  Rebekah and Lauren turned up and we showed them were they were sleeping then we played hide and seek. After that we had lunch which was nice. After that we went swimming at the AC Bars and that was fun. We all went home and ate our dinner which was hamburgers. It went dark and we played a game then we went to bed. In the morning we got breakfast and got dressed and we went to the prawn park. When we got there we all got ready and half of us went fishing for prawns and the other half went on the tour. I went fishing for the prawns. When the other group finished the tour they went fishing for the prawns and at the and of our fishing time we got 11 prawns all together then we cooked them and ate them. After eating them we went on a walk and I got soaking wet and we played on the play ground then we went to the house we were staying in. After the day was done and we had our dinner which was takeaways and I had KFC. After that we went to bed and in the morning we ate breakfast. Bex and Lauren left and the rest of us went shopping later we went home.
